Booking and Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to confirm a place and you pay the rest when you arrive.
A non-refundable deposit of 100% is required to reserve accomodation.
Documentation:
On arrival you will be presented with a form to be filled and signed.
The form includes terms and conditions and permission for those under age and should be accompanied by a photocopy of your DNI or Passport.
In the case of renting accomodation, the relevant conditions will also be presented and must be signed.
Cancellations:
Cancellation more than 10 days in advance, refund of 50% of the reservation. There will be no refunds later. Not applicable to rent apartments.
Cancellation up to 24 hours in advance, 100% refund of the reservation only for serious medical reasons justified with medical report, signed and sealed. Not applicable to rent apartments.
